The Garden is growing and so are the weeds!!!

The garden is growing great and the weeds are growing even better!!! It is quite funny, having such a huge garden and only half of the 50' x 70' garden is being used this year....the weeds have taken over more than antisipated. I will have to figure out an ECO way to get rid of these prosperous and prickly plants and in a quick hurry. I do go out almost everynight and on the weekend to pull the weeds but there is no way of keeping up. My poor potatoes and beans are completly covered, they are next on my picking weeds list! my husband ate a small onion from the garden the other day and somehow it has a different flavor from grocery store types, he loved it!!! A couple more months of growth and we will have fresh carrots, beets, radishes, green onions, zuchinni, leeks, peas, potatoes, beans, asparagus and white onions. Here comes the pickling in jars and storing for winter...so domesticated!
